Privacy policy

The short version

We do not require an account, so we do not hold a profile of you. We do not sell data. The topics you type into a generator are sent to a language model to produce a list and are not attached to your identity. Advertising on the site is served by Google, which uses cookies to select and measure ads, and you can turn off personalised advertising from Google at any time.

Information we collect

Account information: none. There is no registration, login or email capture anywhere on the site.

Generator input: the topic or phrase you type into a tool is sent from your browser to our server so it can be forwarded to the language model that produces the list. We do not store your topics in a database tied to you, and we do not build a personal search history. Because there is no account, there is no identifier to attach them to.

Technical request data: like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard request information such as the page requested, the time, the approximate region derived from the connection and the browser user agent. This is used for security, abuse prevention and capacity planning.

How we use information

Generator input is used for one purpose: producing the list you asked for. Technical request data is used to keep the site running, to detect abuse such as automated scraping, and to understand in aggregate which pages load slowly.

We do not use your input to train a model of our own, and we do not sell or rent information to third parties.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own for tracking purposes. Cookies may be set by the advertising partner described below.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking advertising cookies does not affect the tools themselves; every generator works regardless of whether you accept advertising cookies.

Advertising and Google AdSense

Advertising on this site is delivered by Google AdSense, which is how the tools remain free to use.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting aboutads.info. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent notice before non-essential advertising cookies are set, and can change their choice at any time.

We do not control the advertising auctions, the advertisers chosen or the creative shown. We do control placement: ads appear around the content, never inside the result lists produced by the tools, and we do not use pop-ups, interstitials or automatic redirects.

Third-party services used

Google AdSense handles advertising delivery, ad selection and ad measurement.

Google's Gemini API is used to generate keyword and hashtag lists. The topic you type is sent to this service to produce the response; the request is made from our server, not from your browser, so no API credential is exposed to you.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, serves the site and keeps standard access logs. We do not currently run a separate third-party analytics product on the site.

Data retention

Because the tools do not create accounts, there is no user record to retain or delete. Generated lists exist only in your browser session and disappear when you leave or reload the page.

Aggregate server request records are kept by our hosting provider for a limited operational period and are not used to identify individuals.

Your choices and rights

If you are in a jurisdiction with data protection legislation, you have rights over personal data held about you. In practice the site holds none, which makes most of those rights moot: there is no account to export, correct or erase.

Where your rights do apply is advertising. You can withdraw consent for personalised advertising, clear advertising cookies, or opt out through the mechanisms described above. If you believe we hold information about you and want it removed, write to the contact address on this site and we will investigate and respond.

Children

This site is aimed at people who publish content and run websites, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Because there is no account system and no email capture, the site does not create a profile of any visitor regardless of age.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, this page is updated and the date at the top of the page changes. Material changes, such as adding a new third-party service, are described in the relevant section rather than only signalled by a new date.
