What this service is

Social Keyword Generator provides free, browser-based tools that generate keyword and hashtag suggestions for social media and search engines. There is no account, no subscription and no paid tier. The site is supported by advertising.

Use of the tools

You may use the tools for personal, commercial and client work without paying a fee. You may not attempt to scrape the site at volume, resell access to it, copy it wholesale, or use automated requests that place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure. Reasonable interactive use has no limit.

Ownership of results

The keyword and hashtag lists produced by the tools belong to you and can be used freely, including for commercial purposes. The site itself, its text, its design and its code remain ours. You may not present generated output as a proprietary keyword database that you own, nor republish the tools themselves.

No guarantee of results

The tools provide suggestions. They do not provide a guarantee of search rankings, reach, impressions, engagement or revenue, and no such guarantee is offered or implied. Search and social platforms change their ranking systems regularly and without notice, and outcomes depend on your content, your account and factors outside our control.

Where an article cites platform behaviour, it describes our understanding at the time of writing. It is not professional marketing, legal or financial advice.

Availability

The tools are provided as they are, and may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting incidents or upstream provider outages. We may add, change or retire individual tools. Because the service is free and carries no service level commitment, we do not offer compensation for downtime.

Advertising and third-party links

Advertisements on the site are served by Google and by other parties we do not control. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for the practices of sites they link to. Any transaction you enter into with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from decisions you take based on the output of the tools. If a court finds a liability that cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid to use the service, which is nothing.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The revised version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the date at the top of the page changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
